I was absolutely blown away by the amazing food during my stay. Every meal was a multi-course affair, with fresh local ingredients that truly highlighted the flavors of Dominica. Yolanda's creativity in the kitchen made our dinners lovely, especially the homemade passionfruit sorbet that was a highlight! We dined in the beautiful restaurant area two nights in a row, and I can confidently say it was some of the best food I've ever had.

Ultimate Relaxation

The open bedroom setup was lovely! The waterbed, surrounded by mosquito netting, created a cozy and romantic atmosphere that made sleeping under the stars an lovely experience. I fell asleep to the soothing sounds of nature and woke up each morning to amazing views. It was pure bliss!

Manicou River is a hidden gem! Nestled in the hills, the views are absolutely breathtaking, and I loved the open-air design of the eco cabins. The service was phenomenal with a personal touch that truly made our stay special. Though the drive up can be tricky and the cottages can get a bit warm during the day, the experience of being immersed in nature more than makes up for it. Overall, it's a peaceful retreat with fantastic food and stunning views.
