Delicious Local Cuisine

I was absolutely blown away by the amazing food during my stay. Every meal was a multi-course affair, with fresh local ingredients that truly highlighted the flavors of Dominica. Yolanda's creativity in the kitchen made our dinners lovely, especially the homemade passionfruit sorbet that was a highlight! We dined in the beautiful restaurant area two nights in a row, and I can confidently say it was some of the best food I've ever had.

Ultimate Relaxation

The open bedroom setup was lovely! The waterbed, surrounded by mosquito netting, created a cozy and romantic atmosphere that made sleeping under the stars an lovely experience. I fell asleep to the soothing sounds of nature and woke up each morning to amazing views. It was pure bliss!

Manicou River is a hidden gem! Nestled in the hills, the views are absolutely breathtaking, and I loved the open-air design of the eco cabins. The service was phenomenal with a personal touch that truly made our stay special. Though the drive up can be tricky and the cottages can get a bit warm during the day, the experience of being immersed in nature more than makes up for it. Overall, it's a peaceful retreat with fantastic food and stunning views.

The eco cabin was rustic yet charming, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in our surroundings. The dining experience was a highlight, with delicious meals prepared from fresh ingredients. While the access road can be tricky to find initially, the tranquility and personal service more than made up for it. Just keep in mind that it can get hot during the day in the cottage, and there’s limited electrical outlets available.
